We are currently seeking a **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Opening and closing the warehouse. * Coordinating, supervising, and participating in arranging materials according to the warehouse layout. * Inspecting and ensuring control over vehicles assigned to the warehouse. * Managing slow-moving, damaged, and expired merchandise. * Training, supervising, and evaluating warehouse personnel. * Training and supervising adherence to safety and hygiene protocols within the warehouse. * Serving warehouse customers (branches and sub-distributors). * Invoicing, fulfilling, and shipping orders. * Receiving goods from suppliers. * Entering data into the system and managing supplier invoices. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum: completed high school education. * Experience in medium-capacity warehouse operations. * Experience supervising personnel. * Knowledge of automotive or residential paint (preferred). * Basic Excel proficiency. * Strong customer service orientation. * Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. * Analytical and organized mindset. * Strong verbal communication skills and leadership ability. * Valid Class A driver’s license. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary ranging from $14,000 to $16,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation pay, profit-sharing). * Savings fund. * Payroll advances and loans. * Employee referral bonus. * Complimentary uniforms and personal protective equipment. * Employee discounts. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. * Day off: Sunday. **LOCATION OF THIS POSITION:** Benito Juárez neighborhood (near Prohogar neighborhood).
