Restaurant seeks a Branch Manager for its downtown location. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management. Ability to lead work teams. Flexible availability for working hours. Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation. 80% operational duties and 20% administrative duties. Proficiency in managing sales metrics and average check value. Ability to resolve operational issues. Results-oriented. Service-minded attitude. Must reside in the city of Puebla. Weekly salary is $3,923 MXN plus productivity bonus. Work schedule is rotating: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.
