We are seeking: Branch Supervisor - Chilpancingo. Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze performance indicators of the branch under their responsibility to take actions ensuring optimal performance levels according to established goals. * Implement defined sales strategies and projects to ensure timely and proper execution at the assigned point of sale. * Manage staffing plans for the assigned point of sale to ensure adequate and planned human resources are available to support operations. * Ensure and maintain facilities, appearance, equipment, and furniture in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and functionality, complying with institutional guidelines and guaranteeing smooth branch operations. * Supervise the receipt, registration, arrangement, and shipment of products and supplies, verifying that information is accurate to ensure product availability for timely sales. * Supervise inventory control and management to prevent errors and discrepancies, reporting them promptly to relevant departments and ensuring inventory reliability. * Guarantee proper cash handling in accordance with established procedures, safeguarding the integrity of employees and sales representatives. * Supervise and verify correct product administration and display on institutional fixtures according to established standards and manuals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Administration, Public Accounting and Finance, or related field. Age: 26 to 32 years Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel management, goal and performance indicator management, and sales strategies.
