We are looking for: *****TEMPORARY SERVICES ASSISTANT***** Work location: Chilpancingo Terminal Requirements: * Age 25 to 45 * High school diploma (Technical in transportation or related field) * Availability to work rotating shifts * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) * Ability to work under pressure * Experience in Planning and Logistics area (minimum 1 year) Responsibilities: * Schedule bus and driver assignments. * Monitor bus arrivals and departures. * Manage attendance, permissions, disabilities, and rest periods for drivers. * Assign expenses to operators. * Solve problems at remote offices (advance trips and/or cover trips). * Perform data entry into maintenance system. * Generate reports. * Receive phone reports of incidents on route. * Prepare daily bus inventory.
