




**Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate the proper operation of various units, ensuring compliance with processes, internal policies and operational objectives through effective leadership, indicator management and timely conflict resolution. **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * Supervise the operational functioning of assigned units. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and controls. * Identify areas for improvement and propose continuous improvement actions. * Track and analyze performance indicators (KPIs). * Resolve operational and personnel conflicts effectively and promptly. * Coordinate and supervise operational staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations. * Prepare reports on operational results and progress. * Maintain constant communication with management and unit heads. **Competencies and Skills:** * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Conflict resolution ability. * Results-oriented mindset and indicator management capability. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple units simultaneously. * Organizational and decision-making skills. * Effective communication skills. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma / Bachelor’s degree (depending on required profile). * Experience: Minimum 2 years supervising units or similar positions. * Willingness to travel and supervise multiple units. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday from **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Saturdays from **9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus. * Attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
