Years and area of experience: 1 to 2 years in personnel management, statistical analysis, variable control. Language: Intermediate English Technical knowledge: Knowledge in logistics, transportation and distribution. Job Purpose* Prepare and execute the standardized morning meeting process, communicating the KPIs from the previous day and the PIs for the day, reinforcing safety topics. * Audit delivery and route safety processes according to the supervisor's schedule, ensuring they are carried out through monitoring of market times. * Ensure compliance with the evening settlement process in accordance with the safety standards maintained within the agency, monitoring route times, returns, and main causes affecting deliveries on route.
