Provide personalized attention focused on solutions (payment agreements). Assess payment capacity to initiate executive-commercial proceedings. Meet monthly recovery targets. **Requirements:** ✔️ Experience in face-to-face collections (minimum 1 year). ✔️ Education: High school diploma for Extrajudicial Collections Officer position, or Bachelor's degree in Law for Judicial Collections Officer. ✔️ Ability to negotiate with different types of clients. ✔️ Clear communication, empathy, and results-oriented focus. ✔️ Knowledge of the Chilpancingo area and surrounding regions. ✔️ Availability to work Monday through Saturday. ✔️ Preferably own a car or motorcycle and/or know how to ride a motorcycle. **We Offer:** Base salary \+ commissions (monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual) Bonuses for meeting targets (Up to 15% of recovered amount) NO LIMIT.
