




A company in the **logistics and transportation sector** is seeking a **Payroll Coordinator** with experience handling large employee volumes and proficiency in administrative processes. The role entails ensuring the **accurate, timely, and transparent calculation of payroll**, as well as compliance with tax and labor obligations. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the **entire weekly and/or biweekly payroll process** (operational and administrative). * Validate attendance-related incidents: **attendance records, overtime hours, absences, medical leaves, and vacations.** * Manage **employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications** in IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SUA, and IDSE. * Prepare and review **pay slips, termination settlements, and severance calculations.** * Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law and tax obligations.** * Support internal and external audits. * Assist in generating **reports, KPIs, and labor cost analyses.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of payroll experience** (preferably within **logistics or transportation companies**). * Solid knowledge of: * **SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, CFDI 4.0** * **Tax calculations, termination settlements, and severance calculations** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel and payroll systems.** * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and strong sense of responsibility. **We offer:** \- **Competitive salary based on experience** \- **Statutory benefits from day one** \- **Professional growth opportunities** \- **Stable and collaborative work environment** **Apply through this channel and submit your updated CV.** Join a solid logistics-sector company and become part of the team driving growth!
