Submit your application to join the team **Responsibilities** * Represent the team in architectural reviews and technical feature grooming with product stakeholders * Partner with stakeholders to refine technical features and keep alignment with strategy * Translate business requirements into well\-defined technical tasks * Guide the offshore team through development, enhancement, and maintenance activities * Ensure microservices and REST APIs adhere to required standards * Conduct code reviews and drive adherence to CI/CD practices * Oversee unit testing and quality assurance execution * Engage in SAFe/scrum ceremonies, estimation, and planning sessions * Mentor offshore developers to build technical excellence * Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks * Coordinate technical conversations between stakeholders and the development team **Requirements** * 5\+ years development experience delivering with Java and Spring Boot * Strong leadership skills with experience guiding offshore teams * Project management experience in cross\-functional scrum teams * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms * Solid understanding of Java messaging systems * Kubernetes expertise at an advanced level * ReactJS proficiency for front\-end collaboration * Experience designing and integrating APIs within microservices architecture * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Effective communication and collaboration abilities * Advanced English proficiency (C1 — Advanced) **Nice to have** * Experience with Apache Kafka in production * Expertise using Microsoft Azure * Apache Kafka certification * Azure Solutions Architect certification
