Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with strong communication skills, passion for human development, and experience in training to support and develop training programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in training and logistics programs 2. Development and evaluation of training programs 3. Group facilitation and presentation tools Requirements: - Availability to travel - Communication skills, oral expression, and group facilitation abilities - Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, virtual platforms) - Confidence and presence when speaking in front of groups - Passion for learning and human development Job Duties Include: - Logistical support in preparing training programs - Support during course delivery - Photographic documentation - Preparation of training reports - Evaluation of training programs - Development of training programs - Creation of organizational culture diagnostics Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Training: 3 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
