As a Content Proofreader, you will be responsible for reviewing and correcting texts to ensure they meet established quality standards. **Responsibilities:** ° Ensure proper writing, spelling, image placement, and pricing in information to be distributed to our internal and external customers through screens, radio, flyers, websites, boards, and internal bulletins, guaranteeing content quality. ° Receive product price files from the promotions and offers department to send to the graphic design department for production. ° Receive processed files from the graphic design team to proceed with proofreading spelling, writing, and pricing on flyers. ° Identify, highlight, report, and correct any errors found in flyers, handouts, boards, and/or internal bulletins to your direct supervisor for modifications. ° Verify that prices and images match marketing guidelines. Send board templates to the graphic design team for their design work. ° Keep the image console used for flyer creation up to date and notify the graphic design department when new images are available. **Requirements:** ° Office Suite (Intermediate to advanced Excel). ° Spelling and writing proficiency. ° Knowledge of grammatical rules.
