Job Summary: Conduct fruit sampling, physical-chemical and microbiological analysis, and ensure compliance with specifications and GMPs in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physical-chemical and microbiological analysis 2. Review of compliance with specifications and GMPs 3. Desirable experience in the food industry Fruit sampling during processing Physical-chemical and microbiological analysis Completion of departmental records Review of specification compliance Review of GMPs adherence by personnel.
