Fieldwork for door-to-door collections At Banco Azteca, we are hiring COLLECTORS Zone: Los Reyes, Peribán, and Tancítaro Requirements: * Valid motorcycle driver's license * Ability to operate a standard motorcycle * Completed secondary education * Flexible availability * Strong verbal communication skills * Experience in customer service or sales of any kind Responsibilities: As a door-to-door collection collector, you are responsible for verifying the information of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers.
