As a Software Development Manager, your role will involve supervising and managing a team of developers, planning and tracking software projects, and collaborating with other departments to understand and meet business needs. You must possess a solid understanding of software development best practices, as well as experience in project management and leading technical teams. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development is required, including at least 2 years in a management role.
