We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today! **Generic Job Description** Maintain test and calibration equipment in optimal condition to ensure proper operation **Responsibilities:** * Provide support to production lines regarding issues with test equipment, as well as perform * preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and test equipment. * Install new equipment or relocate existing equipment. * Maintain work areas under the 5S discipline. * Carry out activities within JIT principles. * Apply safety practices while performing work. * Use necessary equipment for job performance. * Understand how the tools to be used function. * Perform tasks with required quality. * Comply with applicable company policies, regulations, and safety procedures. * Teamwork. * Work under pressure. * Sense of urgency. **Authority:** Review of test equipment **Basic Requirements:** Completed technical degree (Electronics, Electromechanics) Basic knowledge of C and Basic programming. Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams. Knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics. Basic knowledge of vision systems for terminal board inspection. Knowledge of functional test equipment (FVT). **Desired Requirements:** Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Basic concepts of: KAN\-BAN, JIT, 5’S, POKA\-YOKE, SMED. Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out safety procedures. Equipment failure analysis. Diagnosis of failures in electronic terminal boards. Knowledge of diagnostic devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
