Further details about the role are as follows: * Degree in Industrial or related Engineering field. * Experience in project administration in industrial environments. * Knowledge of procurement, PO management, and budget tracking. * Familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems. * Skilled in financial reporting and documentation. * Strong communication and coordination abilities. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Detail\-oriented and able to manage muliple priorities. **Tasks Assigned / Work Priorities:** * Coordinate POs and invoices under OEM systems for BME scope. * Maintain updated billing and budget records. * Prepare monthly billing reports and budget forecasts. * Track billback items: travel, overtime, services. * Resolve financial clarifications with BOSK, Lead Finance, and BME. * Support project cost tracking for MEP/TI installations. * Ensure timely processing of FAR\-related orders and insurance charges. **Benefits** * Health Care Plan * Paid Time Off * Training \& Development
