Someone who respects proportion, space, materiality, and the complete design narrative. You must be able to design kitchens, bathrooms, closets, windows, doors, wall systems, lighting concepts, and full architectural interiors with a coherent, elevated aesthetic. **Who You Are** A highly skilled designer with expertise in: * Full interior space planning * Kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe design * Window and door systems, frames, casings, and openings * Wall systems, paneling, cladding, and feature walls * Lighting concepts and spatial flow * Material selection and aesthetic consistency * Achieving architectural proportion, balance, and modern design language **Technical \& Software Mastery** You must be highly proficient in: * AutoCAD * Revit * SketchUp * 2020 Design * Coohom * Photoshop / Illustrator * Rendering platforms (V\-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, etc.) **Communication \& Mobility Requirements** * **English as a Second Language (mandatory)** — you will work directly with English\-speaking clients. * **Valid passport \+ U.S. visa (mandatory)** — travel to project sites, showrooms, and client meetings is required. **Key Responsibilities1\. Full\-Home Design Leadership** * Lead design vision and creative direction for full\-home interiors. * Develop concepts for all interior spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, closets, living areas, doors, windows, and architectural details. * Create complete concept packages: mood boards, material boards, color palettes, and rendered presentations. * Ensure all interiors follow a consistent, elevated, and modern aesthetic. **2\. Architectural \& Technical Design** * Produce full architectural drawing sets: plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, lighting layouts. * Generate millwork details and cabinetry drawings ready for manufacturing. * Create high\-quality 3D renderings with accuracy and realism. * Interpret architectural blueprints and coordinate with engineers and construction teams. * Specify materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, and structural details. **3\. Client Interaction \& Communication** * Lead design presentations and client meetings with confidence and clarity. * Communicate design decisions and recommendations in professional English. * Manage revisions, expectations, and client feedback. * Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and developers. **4\. Project ManagementPlanning \& Coordination** * Develop project timelines, design schedules, and deliverable milestones. * Coordinate with internal teams: sales, manufacturing, installation, and logistics. * Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and final execution. **Quality Control** * Review shop drawings, samples, prototypes, and installation details. * Ensure all designs meet production feasibility and construction standards. **Reporting \& Documentation** * Maintain detailed project documentation and revision history. * Provide weekly status reports to management and stakeholders. * Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to design intent. **5\.
