ALTEN México, a leader in engineering and technological consulting, is seeking a Senior Analyst Programmer to join our specialized team in integration and automation. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analysis, development, and support on projects using integration platforms, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to guarantee the proper implementation and maintenance of technological solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze requirements and develop solutions using integration platforms (IBM Sterling Integrator). * Provide application support by identifying root causes of issues and implementing preventive actions. * Implement solutions to resolve incidents and document findings and resolutions. * Maintain constant communication with project teams and escalate issues according to SLA. * Coordinate testing with the QA team and ensure compliance with defined processes (CMMI). * Write and maintain technical and project documentation. * Participate in internal training and technology update sessions. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis and development using IBM Sterling Integrator. * Solid knowledge of messages, concepts, and processes within Sterling. * Experience with communication protocols (e.g., SFTP). * Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL commands. * Ability to write and maintain code and technical documentation according to specifications. * Knowledge and application of processes defined by CMMI and documentation standards. * Skills to identify problem causes, implement corrective solutions, and preventive actions. * Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. * English: excellent written and verbal proficiency. **Benefits:** * Major Medical Insurance * 15 days of Christmas bonus * 25% vacation premium * Dental and Vision Insurance * Grocery vouchers * 12 days of vacation
