Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with expertise in inventory management, personnel supervision, and receiving/shipping operations to ensure warehouse efficiency. We are a Mexican company with 25 years of experience in Electronic Security Solutions **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** Requirements: * Relevant bachelor's degree * Availability to work on Saturdays * Personnel management experience * Experience in warehousing and inventory management * Retail stores **Experience and Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper warehouse opening and closing. * Ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods. * Manage inventories across all warehouses under supervision. * Close orders and perform transfers on time and as required. * Implement the 5S methodology across all warehouse areas. * Experience in receiving and shipping operations * Personnel management experience * Experience in courier package dispatch **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $17,000 MXN * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,407.00 MXN * Productivity indicator bonus of $1,500 MXN (upon plant-wide achievement by the third month) * Biweekly pay * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * 10% savings fund contribution * Major medical expenses coverage (upon plant-wide achievement by the third month) **Work Location: Av. de las Industrias 3704\-B, Nombre de Dios, 31105 Chihuahua, Chih** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
