A leading company in Safety and Hygiene Services for civil construction projects is looking for a Safety and Hygiene Specialist Supervisor. Objective: Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and hygiene standards on the project, as well as guarantee that the client receives the agreed services while maintaining established quality standards and adhering to service policies. Responsibilities: * **Must be able to travel** * **Must have personal vehicle and valid driver's license** * Site inspections. * Attendance at construction meetings. * Review of documentary progress. * Review of activity reports. * Review of incident or special reports. * Preparation of site inspection reports. * Provide corrective actions and recommendations to construction supervisors regarding safety and hygiene. * Support in delivering safety talks to construction personnel. * Attend and participate in on-site safety meetings. * Coordinate attendance of on-site personnel. * Substitute for construction supervisors when needed. * Assist during emergencies on site. * Coordinate emergency protocols on site. * Assist during official authority visits on site. * Manage and supply materials and equipment to supervisors. * Conduct quarterly performance and quality evaluations of supervisors. * Follow up on specific client requirements. Desirable qualifications: * Service-oriented attitude. * 2 years of experience as a Health, Safety, and Hygiene Supervisor in civil construction. * Availability to travel is essential.
