




DESCRIPTION At Eosol, we are seeking a Quality Supervisor with experience in Balance of Plant (BOP) within photovoltaic projects, specializing in the electrical domain. This role is responsible for ensuring that all electrical construction and installation activities comply with quality standards, regulations, and project specifications. Proficiency in Spanish and an intermediate level of English are essential for technical communication and handling documentation. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and verify electrical BOP-related activities: conduit installation, cable laying, medium- and low-voltage installations, grounding, equipment interconnection, etc. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, electrical codes, and project standards. * Conduct field inspections, internal audits, and procedure reviews. * Identify non-conformities, document them, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Validate electrical materials, equipment, tests, and procedures prior to implementation. * Maintain up-to-date quality records and documentation in project systems or platforms. * Coordinate with construction, engineering, safety, and contractor teams to resolve deviations. * Prepare daily or weekly quality reports, progress updates, and incident reports. * Participate in follow-up meetings and provide relevant technical information. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in photovoltaic projects and electrical Balance of Plant (BOP) activities. * Solid knowledge of electrical installations in solar projects. * Experience in quality supervision, electrical inspections, and technical documentation control. * Proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English (technical reading, basic reporting, and operational communication). * Familiarity with applicable electrical standards and codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, NOM, among others). * Ability to interpret drawings, single-line diagrams, specifications, and technical procedures. * Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
