Functions or activities of the position. Coordinate facility maintenance. By hiring personnel and coordinating: cleaning, minor repairs at the Operational Center and illuminated signs on an annual basis. To keep sales points and the operational center in optimal condition Supervise sales points. Through weekly visits, once a week, and preparation of sales, deliveries, shipments and daily incident reports. To maintain quality service for customers Supervise operations and operational cycles. Through reports established by the operational quality department. To provide good service and compliance with operational processes Prepare the monthly sales plan. By prospecting customers at plazas, visiting captive customers, scheduling reorders and entering information into CRM. To meet quotas set by the commercial department and achieve plaza growth Meet accounts receivable turnover days. By establishing agreements with customers, defining credit terms in number of days, as well as processing and sending payments to the credit and collections department. To recover company income on time Manage all municipal permits annually. By making renewal payments for operating licenses, illuminated signs and scale verifications. To comply with city regulations and avoid company fines Requirements Education: University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field. Language: Basic English. Office Suite: Intermediate level. Presentation of Results, database creation. SAP: Financial Modules, invoice loading. Service Sales: 4 years.
