A medical equipment distribution company is seeking a **Financial Analyst** with proven experience in **Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), SAI Audit, and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) Calculation**. This position is critical for financial control, disciplined operations, and document traceability. **Key Responsibilities** * Full **AR management**: aging analysis, DSO calculation, proactive collections, and reconciliations. * Accurate execution of **AP processes**: SAT tax validation, purchase order–price–receipt matching, and payment scheduling. * Monthly **SAI ERP audit**: user access review, journal adjustments, audit evidence, and data integrity verification. * Calculation and analysis of **DI–DSO–DPO–CCC**. * Correct application of payments and reconciliation with banks/suppliers. * Preparation of operational financial reports for senior management. * Basic regulatory compliance with **CFDI**, payment reconciliations, analysis and cleanup of overdue receivables, and use of customer portals. * Collection management and recovery. * Evaluation and approval of credit lines based on fiscal and financial criteria. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration. * Minimum age: 25 years. * **3+ years of experience in finance functions** (AR/AP). * **Proficiency in ERP systems (SAI preferred)**. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Experience in commercial enterprises or medical equipment companies (preferred). * Ability to work under pressure, maintain strict document organization, tolerate frustration, and uphold professional ethics. * **Key Competencies** * Internal control and operational discipline. * Professional communication. * Financial analysis. * Auditing and absolute data accuracy. * Responsibility, organization, and sound judgment. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: MXN $20,000 monthly base + up to MXN $5,000 monthly variable pay tied to KPIs. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. **How to Apply** Send your updated CV with subject line: **“Financial Analyst – Monterrey”** to recursos_humanos@serviclinicos.com or via WhatsApp at 8115162816.
