




At **Grupo Vimar**, a corporate group comprising multiple construction industry companies, we are seeking an experienced **Document Analyst** with expertise in document management and classification to join our team. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum education: **Completed high school**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** and **CRM**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in document custody, classification, and control. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate customers’ personal documents (INE, proof of address, RFC). * Verify vehicle ownership documents (invoices and related procedures). * Organize vehicle credit files (contracts and annexes). * Prepare and update document inventories. * Classify, register, and archive physical and digital documents. * Update databases related to customers and operations. * Provide support to Commercial, Collections, and Legal departments. * Ensure preservation, custody, and traceability of files. * Participate in document cleansing processes in accordance with internal policies and regulations. * Handle shipments and pickups via Estafeta. **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Work location: Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Mexico City** ### **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $13,500 MXN * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers * Monthly productivity bonus * Enhanced statutory benefits If you meet the profile, apply now—we want to meet you!
