We are growing and looking for **young, enthusiastic talent with high potential** to join our team as a **Warehouse Supervisor** This is an excellent opportunity to start your professional development in an established, dynamic, and continuously expanding company. **General Requirements:** * Proven experience as warehouse supervisor or warehouse manager (minimum 2 years). * Knowledge in inventory control, logistics, and warehouse processes. * Proficiency in management software (ERP, intermediate Excel). * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Education level (preferably technical degree or bachelor's degree). **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, organizing, picking, and shipping goods). * Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures. * Guarantee accurate recording of product entries and exits in the system. * Coordinate warehouse staff to meet timelines and quality standards. * Inspect physical condition of goods and report incidents. * Maintain a safe and organized work environment. * Prepare inventory reports and assist in internal audits. * Compliance and monitoring of KPIs. **We Offer:** Weekly pay, Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00am\-6:00pm, emotional salary, recreational activities, punctuality bonus, store discounts, gym discount, additional vacation days.
