At Plastiproductos del Norte, we are seeking a committed, organized, and leadership-oriented **Warehouse Manager** capable of ensuring smooth warehouse operations, effective personnel management, and efficient inventory control. **Responsibilities** * Opening and closing of the warehouse * Daily scheduling, coordination, and supervision of assigned personnel * Personnel coverage in case of absences * Preparation of operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) * Management and control of petty cash * Supervision of logistics and distribution routes * Tracking deliveries made by drivers and resolving discrepancies * Coordination of shipments with shipping and receiving departments * Recording and analyzing returns in the BMS system * Weekly inventory review and reporting of discrepancies * Implementation of roles for order, cleanliness, and safety (5S) * Root cause analysis of inventory variances and report generation * Compliance with the company's Integrated Safety standards * Maintenance of order in work areas and tools * Generation of periodic activity reports * Coordination of physical inventories * Receiving and organizing merchandise, verifying against documentation * Picking orders and arranging goods for inspection and audit **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions * Education: Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree * Solid knowledge in logistics, inventory control, and personnel leadership * Communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills * **Must live in the northern part of the city, near Col.
