





**FUNCTIONS** * Install the system at new service stations that contract it, either in person or remotely (depending on the situation). * Install and configure necessary hardware components required for the proper functioning of the system at service stations, either in person or remotely (depending on the situation). * Provide the installed customer base with the necessary technical support for optimal software performance and all its components at the service station. Support is provided via phone, remote connection, at our facilities, and/or on-site at the client's location. * Record detailed information for each case, along with related documentation in the Technical Support CRM, always indicating the case status and method of assistance (phone, remote, on-site, electronic, etc.). * Handle and follow up on assigned tickets. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Networks, communication protocols, and interfaces. * Microsoft platform * Call center operations * Basic electronics knowledge * Basic database management * Basic accounting knowledge **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or Engineer in a field related to IT * Valid driver's license / current license * Flexible availability Interested candidates should share their updated CV through this channel.
