




Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor/customer analysis to identify business opportunities, understand trends, and help define strategies. Manage external and internal communication: update social media, website, and content; respond to customer inquiries; coordinate with other departments (sales, operations, customer service) to align messaging. Collect, record, and analyze relevant data (campaign performance, sales metrics, customer satisfaction, market behavior) to generate reports supporting decision-making. Manage sales guides and track sold guides with franchises. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, or related field.
