Additionally, responsible for validating quality records, authorizing product shipments from warehouses in Puebla, Querétaro, and Texcoco, handling specific product shipping issues, inventory quantities, expiration dates, reporting by product line or process, and following up on product-line-specific safety and hygiene matters. Location: Av. Periferico Sur, Colonia Parques del Pedregal. (Very close to Centro Comercial Perisur) Schedule: Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 10:00pm (8-hour shifts) **How You'll Create Impact** ---------------------------- * Review daily surgery schedules in Xalt to prepare required materials for each surgery according to established procedure standards. * Verify consumption when sets return to the warehouse, restocking missing items. * Review and inspect that all products comply with proper inventory rotation (FEFO) and quality attributes. * Comply with good storage practices according to procedure PNO\-004. * Comply with the warehouse cleaning log based on assigned areas according to PNO\-002. * Record temperature and humidity data according to PNO\-006. * Comply with product picking procedures according to PNO\-005. * Submit weekly replenishment reports to the inventory department. * Update daily surgery schedules. * Maintain up-to-date customer complaint reports. * Comply with implemented Health and Safety regulations, as well as Quality systems, applicable corporate and local procedures and policies. * Perform cycle counts. * Other duties as assigned. **What Makes You Stand Out** ---------------------------- Minimum 1 year in related positions. High school diploma minimum. Knowledge in inventory management, familiarity with FEFO method.
