**Job Description:** We are seeking a **Controls Engineer** to provide support to the module assembly and secondary operations areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising technical personnel, analyzing downtime, and proposing corrective and preventive actions to ensure equipment efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise maintenance personnel (controls and secondary operations). * Provide supervision as a maintenance supervisor for the assembly and secondary operations processes. * Perform downtime analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. * Develop technical staff in diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Experience in **personnel management**. * **80% English proficiency** (written and spoken). * Experience in **programming Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs**. * Programming of **HMIs**. * Knowledge of **EthernetIP, Profinet, IOLink, and RS232**. * Ability to interpret **electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams**. * Experience in **failure analysis**. * Knowledge of **vision sensors** (Cognex, Sick, Keyence, Omron) and **barcode readers** (Keyence, Cognex). * Handling of **frequency inverters, servo motors, and drives**. * Experience in **handling and programming robots** (any brand). **We Offer:** * Fixed schedule (Monday to Friday, 3:40 PM to 12:20 AM). * Opportunities for professional development in a high-tech environment. * Excellent work environment.
