Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. **Your role at Vantive** Guide and facilitate increased use and adoption of therapies enabled by our technology within healthcare institutions. **What you will do** * Execute therapy training and awareness strategy * Implement customer centricity strategy * Ensure proper use of products and equipment, maximizing therapy adoption * Commercial intelligence * Provide key information from healthcare institutions to collaboratively design, with the demand generation specialist, a plan including educational topics to improve therapy adoption **What we are looking for** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, or Health Sciences. **MISSION** Provide comprehensive and warm care to clinic patients, ensuring timely follow-up of appointments, procedures, and payments; coordinate daily operations with doctors, nursing staff, and anesthesiologists; and assist in administrative and control tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the clinic. **Description** We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with excellent customer service attitude to coordinate patient care and the clinic's daily operations. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and scheduling/procedure coordination. **Responsibilities** * Follow-up with patients and potential clients (appointments, payments, and post-procedure). * Coordinate schedules with specialists, nurses, and anesthesiologists. * Prepare and deliver patient estimates. * Manage petty cash and provide administrative support to management. * Serve as liaison with external **marketing** team to coordinate campaigns and content. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer/patient service or administrative coordination. * Marketing * Proficiency in Office/Google Workspace. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Conversational English (desirable but not essential) **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Fixed schedule (Monday to Saturday). * Stability and growth opportunities within an established clinic.
