Our industrial experience allows us to meet the needs of a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, industrial and household equipment, as well as electrical and electronics.* Your future role Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will join the Quality Department and be responsible for: * Managing and monitoring quality indicators (RQI’s, PPM’s, RMA’s, scrap, claims). * Implementing control plans, audits, and improvement actions. * Promptly addressing customer issues and conducting on-site visits for technical support. * Ensuring compliance with quality and environmental management systems. * Participating in improvement and problem-solving teams. Your profile * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * 1\-2 years of experience in industry. * Proficiency in computer software. * Knowledge of statistics and statistical process control. * Basic metrology knowledge. * Quality systems (IATF16949 preferred). * Problem-solving skills. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency The position is located in Chihuahua, Chih., Mexico.
