We invite you to join our team as: Development Manager Location: Chihuahua Challenges in this role: Recruit, hire, lead, motivate, and develop a team of Commission Agents belonging to the business unit under your responsibility. Ensure quality growth that maximizes long-term potential and sustainable performance through your team, guaranteeing continuous client base expansion, achieving required levels of customer satisfaction and retention, and meeting quality sales targets. Act as a business partner to Commission Agent teams, engaging them to drive business performance while also monitoring adherence to established procedures and policies. Oversee commercial performance, recruitment and selection, product training (Home Credit and Business), and support for the Commission Agent team. Collaborate with branch and support departments to ensure operational excellence through coordination, motivation, and development of commission agents. Build a sustainable portfolio of appropriate size according to territory potential. Ensure sales and service operations are secure, legal, and compliant with established policies and procedures. Maintain service level standards with your team of commission agents. Promote loss prevention measures with commission agents and conduct field follow-up to manage risk within the team. Responsible for achieving the Sales and Collections targets set in the budget. Supervise and work in the field more than 80\-90% of the time. If you are someone who has: Completed high school or higher education. Resource / task / time management skills. Team leadership experience. Teamwork orientation. Application of sales and recovery techniques. Design and implementation of action plans. Customer service orientation. Knowledge of performance coaching techniques applicable to improving individual and team performance. Demonstrate collaboration, business orientation, and problem-solving, organizational, planning, leadership, effective communication, and analytical skills. Fieldwork experience and interest (recruitment, promotion, sales, and collections).
