We want to add to our team a **responsible, organized person with good judgment**, who enjoys design and wants to grow with us. **Main responsibilities:** * Receive customer orders via WhatsApp, email, or other channels. * Prepare and review print files (vectorization, color and size adjustments). * Assemble print runs ready for production and verify quality standards. * Record sales in the system. * Maintain constant communication with the production team to coordinate deliveries. * Provide basic customer support and guidance regarding files or formats. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience. * Experience: 1 year in design or printing (desirable, not mandatory). * Software proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and printing RIPs. * Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. * Positive attitude, clear communication, and willingness to learn. **Required skills:** * Attention to detail when preparing files. * Responsibility and commitment to delivery timelines. * Proactivity and independent decision-making. * Practical creativity. * Friendly demeanor and rapport with clients and team members. * Continuous learning ability. **What we offer:** * Paid training in printing processes and production workflow. * Positive work environment and ongoing support. * Real opportunity for advancement to Design Coordinator within the workshop.
