Job Description We are seeking a General Manager with strategic vision, leadership skills, and strong management capabilities to direct, coordinate, and supervise the company’s overall operations. The role is responsible for ensuring achievement of financial, commercial, and operational objectives, as well as driving sustainable business growth and proper management of organizational resources. Key Responsibilities * Direct and supervise the company’s overall operations. * Define organizational strategies and objectives. * Coordinate and monitor all operational and administrative departments. * Supervise financial, commercial, and operational KPIs. * Make strategic decisions to support business growth and profitability. * Approve budgets, investments, and strategic projects. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. * Represent the company legally and commercially when required. * Supervise the performance and development of the management team. * Drive improvements in processes, productivity, and operational efficiency. * Coordinate strategies across commercial, financial, and operational departments. * Maintain consistent communication with Executive Management and strategic partners. Requirements Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management, or related field. Experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in executive or comprehensive management of companies. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Preferred experience in consumer goods, retail, food & beverage, or alcoholic beverages industries. Technical Knowledge * General management and corporate strategy. * Finance, budgeting, and business metrics. * Operational and commercial planning. * Organizational leadership and team management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and analytical and management tools. * English proficiency preferred.
