Responsibilities * **Negotiate** the proper activation of the success photo, coverage of essential packaging, and loyalty programs to achieve profitable growth for customers and the organization. * **Supervise** the achievement of business indicators and work routines by the commercial promoter team. * **Supervise** the completion of work orders assigned to the team of promoters and point-of-sale activators. * **Advise** assigned customers on best business practices, business management, inventory handling, and store layout. * **Manage** allocated resources (credits, budgets, customer catalog, incentives, maintenance) to maximize sales and execution benefits. * **Participate** in meeting quality, safety, security, and environmental objectives.
