Organization and interpersonal skills. **Skill:** With machines and tools. **Activities:** * Maintain records in logs for warehouse management. * Receive raw materials, consumables, tools, equipment, and safety items. * Conduct thorough inspections upon receiving materials, verifying quantity, specifications, brand, and price against the invoice and purchase order. * Participate regularly in periodic inventories to determine tool and equipment needs for the central warehouse and assembly areas. * Receive material requisitions and process them for the purchasing department. * Maintain control of material delivery vouchers with proper authorizations. * Arrange tools, equipment, and consumables logically according to the layout. * Manage and distribute safety equipment to operational, supervisory, and administrative personnel. * Manage and control consumables requested by operators. * Assist in preparing batches of tools, equipment, consumables, and safety gear for off-site assembly projects.
