**From Cornerstone Group, a global leader in Executive Search and Headhunting with over 35 years of experience and presence in more than 40 countries, we are supporting a mining sector company in the search for a:** **Supply Chain Superintendent** **Location:** Chihuahua, Mexico What will be your responsibilities in this role? * Plan, organize, and direct logistical processes to ensure efficiency and achievement of business objectives. * Manage, together with the planner and mine users, the annual supply requirement plan and supervise its fulfillment. * Coordinate and supervise the supply of materials, equipment, and services required for mining operations. * Lead service contracting processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and cost optimization. * Supervise warehouses at mining units and the central warehouse, guaranteeing asset and inventory control. * Implement continuous improvements in logistical and supply processes. * Identify new supply sources and periodically negotiate favorable conditions. What do you need to succeed? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (ability to negotiate with international suppliers). * 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in mining, Oil & Gas, or logistics. * Experience in purchasing, contracts, and service management. * Availability to work in Chihuahua, with frequent travel to the mining site (5x2 work schedule).
