




Requirements: Bachelor's degree in international trade, logistics, international business, or related field. Knowledge of Incoterms, import and export processes, shipping documentation, and customs regulations. Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and conversation) Proficiency with logistics management systems and/or ERP (Cargowise, SAP, Softcargo, or others) Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer orientation Ability to work under pressure, in a team, and effective communication. Main Responsibilities: \* Coordinate international shipments (import and export) via sea, air, and/or land. \* Supervise the necessary documentation for each operation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.). \* Track shipments from origin to final delivery. \* Maintain communication with clients, international agents, carriers, and customs authorities. \* Manage bookings with airlines, shipping lines, and carriers. \* Monitor on-time deliveries and resolve transit issues. \* Record and update operational data in the internal system. \* Ensure compliance with customs regulations and local and international standards. \* Assist in cost control and billing of services provided.
