Provide guidance to users unfamiliar with the operation of physical and digital libraries so they can properly use the materials accessible to them. 2. Promote the use of and access to digital libraries, optimizing their utilization and guiding users toward successful information searches. 3. Train users in handling digital materials and platform-based content available at the information center to encourage the use of bibliographic resources as support for school projects. 4. Control internal and external consultation and lending of existing didactic materials in the library to ensure resource availability for as many users as possible. 5. Carry out technical and physical processes related to the library's collection, adhering to internal cataloging policies within the Koha library management system. 6.
