As a Training Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs within AutoZone BTSSC. You will work closely with the Training Specialist/Analists and subject matter experts to gather training needs, design training materials, assist in delivering training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the field of learning and development while contributing to the growth and success of the organization's training efforts. Organizes special events and activities to foster a healthy work environment. Performs Rewards \& Recognition program activities to recognize and reward great performance.
