Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Desktop Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable solutions using C# and .NET in Windows Forms. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to mentor junior developers and focus on continuous improvement. **Senior Desktop Developer** **Senior Developer** with experience in desktop applications built on Windows Forms, using C\# with .NET and .NET Framework. Capable of designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions integrated with databases and services. **Requirements:** * 5+ years of development experience in C\# and .NET * Solid production experience with WinForms applications * Experience with SQL Server in enterprise environments * Participation in system architecture design * Experience integrating systems (APIs, external services) * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) * Intermediate English proficiency. * Valid visa and passport. (Desirable) **Technical Specialties:** * Advanced C\# * .NET Frameworks 4\.8\.1 * .NET (Core / 5\+ / 6\+) and .NET Framework * Advanced Windows Forms (WinForms) * LINQ, Async/Await, threading * Architecture and best practices (design patterns, SOLID principles, etc.) * Databases (advanced SQL Server, relational model design, frontend) * Reporting (Crystal Reports, DevExpress) **Skills:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Clear communication (technical and non-technical) * Teamwork * Proactivity and autonomy * Ability to mentor junior developers * Time management and prioritization * Adaptability to change * Focus on quality and continuous improvement **Plus / Desirable** * Experience migrating from .NET Framework to modern .NET * Experience modernizing legacy applications * Knowledge of Clean Architecture * Experience with microservices (though not core to this role) * Application security (authentication, handling sensitive data) * Use of Artificial Intelligence as a primary programming tool Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
