AB Test Solutions’ expertise stems from Electronics and Mechatronics Engineers who are trained and certified in LabVIEW, TestStand, and SolidWorks. AB Test Solutions’ clients include leading manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Lighting, and Home Appliance industries. **Objectives of this role** Plan, allocate resources for, and coordinate project execution; report on development and progress; ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements. **Responsibilities** * Ensure projects meet deadlines. * Coordinate internal staff and resources. * Manage project progress and adapt work as necessary. * Report project progress through agreed-upon channels via highlight reports and end-of-phase reviews. * Manage customer relationships. * Optimize and improve processes and overall approach when required. * Schedule internal meetings. * Prepare presentations for kickoff meetings. * Schedule meetings with customers. * Take meeting minutes. * Follow up on action items documented in meeting minutes. * Oversee procurement of project materials. * Review project documentation. * Ensure completion and closure of project documentation. * Coordinate resources for workshop activities. * Schedule final validations (run-off validations). * Supervise final validations. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * Engineering background. * One year or more of project management experience. * Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms to maximize usability. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Conversational English. * Ability to multitask and simultaneously manage multiple project elements. * Attention to detail. * Leadership skills.
