




**HR Generalist** Chihuahua, Chihuahua We are partnering with an **international company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of technological solutions for monitoring, detection, and impact control**, seeking to add an **HR Generalist** to their team. This person will be responsible for supporting daily Human Resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance. This role will be key in ensuring a positive employee experience and promoting a strong organizational culture. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the full recruitment cycle and onboarding processes. * Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring legal compliance. * Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on performance, development, and employee relations matters. * Maintain up-to-date personnel records in the HR system. * Collaborate in the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll. * Coordinate training, recognition, and employee engagement programs. * Support performance evaluation and feedback processes. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. * Participate in HR department projects and process improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and best HR practices. * Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. * **Intermediate-to-advanced English (bilingual is desirable).** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Experience: * Similar role: 4 years (Desirable) * Recruitment: 4 years (Desirable) * Human Resources Administration: 4 years (Desirable) Language: * Intermediate-to-advanced English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site
