Position Summary: Answer customer calls and emails, providing policy-related advice and handling administrative procedures, keeping information up to date and collaborating with internal teams. CRM data maintenance and problem resolution. ### **What You Would Do** * **Direct Service:** Answer customer calls and emails from the United States. * **Advisory Support:** Provide clear and personalized information about policies and coverage. * **Administrative Management:** * Issuance and delivery of documents. * Cancellation and renewal notices. * Payment follow-up. * Claims and special requests. * **Systems:** Maintain updated information in the internal CRM. * **Communication:** Support email and SMS campaigns. * **Collaboration:** Consistent support for internal teams. ### **What We Look for in You** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months preferred in customer service, call centers, telemarketing, or sales. * **Languages:** Basic to intermediate English. * **Tools:** Basic-to-intermediate computer and Excel skills. * **Mobility:** Residence within a maximum 45-minute commute from the **Cantera** area. **Key Skills:** * Clear communication and active listening. * Customer orientation and problem-solving ability. * Teamwork. ### **We Offer** * **Base Salary:** $11,000 MXN. * **Bonus:** Additional 10% per month for punctuality and attendance. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Benefits:** * **Weekends off**. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Direct employment with the company. * One-hour lunch break and a birthday Day off. * Initial and ongoing training. * Partnership with an optical store. * Partnership with a travel agency. * Discounts at Cinépolis. ### **Development Plan** * **Initial Phase:** Master the product, internal processes, and customer experience. * **Intermediate Phase:** Access to more specialized roles with increased responsibilities. * **Advanced Phase:** Integration into strategic areas and higher-responsibility positions.
