Our team of over 600 professionals delivers design, development, programming, and validation solutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment. **Position Objective:** Design, develop, and integrate **.NET services and APIs** supporting the business’s strategic goals, ensuring **security, performance, and quality** of the software. This role involves **requirements analysis, detailed design, coding, testing (manual and automated), documentation, and deployments on Azure**, collaborating with business units, architecture teams, and project teams using both **Agile and Waterfall approaches**. **Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:** * Program, **test, and debug** .NET components, ensuring **solution design quality**. * Make key **design and integration decisions**, effectively communicating them to implementation teams. * Collaborate with **business units, architects, and teams** to identify technical/functional needs and priorities. * Manage **standard and evolving system processes**, ensuring alignment with **software design best practices**. * Work with requirements teams to understand **scope, priorities, and development criteria**. * Deliver **new capabilities** and/or **resolve incidents** in business applications. * Contribute to **estimations, project plans**, and **feasibility, cost, timeline**, and compatibility analyses. * Ensure required **application performance levels** are met. **Requirements** **Bachelor’s degree** in **Computer Science, Information Systems**, or a related field. Mandatory Requirements: * **5+ years** of **.NET** development experience building **web services/APIs**. * Proficiency in **.NET** (multithreading, generics, serialization, thread pools). * Development of **Web Services / Web APIs** and related technologies (**WSDL, SOAP, REST**), including **service consumption**. * **Authentication and authorization** for **Web APIs**. * **Azure deployments** (App Services / AKS or others). * **CI/CD with GitHub Actions** for .NET applications. * Strong proficiency in **T‑SQL**, **MS SQL Server**, and data access using **Dapper**. * Front-end development with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js**, including cross-browser compatibility and responsive design. * Experience across the **full software development lifecycle**, working in teams with **strong attention to detail** and **effective communication**. * Use of **Visual Studio** and **VS Code**. Desirable Requirements: * **Docker** / orchestration (e.g., **Kubernetes**) and **streaming** (e.g., **Kafka**); cloud integrations. * Experience in **healthcare/insurance**. * Monitoring critical applications using **Datadog**, **Azure Application Insights**, and **log analysis**. * Ability to work under **high pressure** and **flexibility** for non-business hours when required by business needs.
