**Academic Background:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience** — Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the purchasing area within the construction sector. — Proven experience in civil works, building construction, urban development, or infrastructure projects. — Experience in quoting, purchasing, and tracking construction materials (cement, steel, finishes, tools, construction equipment, etc.). — Experience coordinating teams of buyers or assistants. **Technical Knowledge** — Knowledge of construction materials market and suppliers. — Ability to analyze unit prices and project budgets. — Knowledge in inventory control, delivery logistics, and warehouse management. — Understanding of contracts and bidding processes. — Basic knowledge of construction site safety and quality standards. **Desirable** — Own vehicle and availability to visit construction sites and suppliers. — Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft and Helios software.
