




DIA BRAS MEXICANA SEEKING PAYROLL ANALYST (ACCOUNTANT) TO WORK IN CHIHUAHUA CITY WORK HOURS: MON TO FRI 8 AM TO 5 PM BENEFITS EXCEED LEGAL REQUIREMENTS **1. Payroll Processing** * Calculate and process employee payroll. * Accurately record incidents in the payroll ERP system. * Ensure compliance with cutoff dates, correct and timely payments. * Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) calculation. * PTU (Profit Sharing) calculation. * Annual income tax (ISR) adjustment calculation for salaries. * Termination settlement calculations. * Severance pay calculations. * Calculation of deductible proportion for employees' exempt income. * ISR calculation according to monthly tax rates and Article 174 of the Income Tax Law Regulation. * Payroll receipt stamping. * Employee hires, terminations, and salary modifications. **2. Legal and Tax Compliance** * Calculate and file payroll taxes (ISR, IMSS, Infonavit, local taxes). * Prepare reports to government agencies (INEGI). * Knowledge of SUA (SUA-EMAEBA-Payroll reconciliation). * SBC calculation. * Variable calculations. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, INFONAVIT Law, Income Tax Law, and IMSS Law Regulations. * Familiarity with INFONAVIT portal, IDSE, IMSS Virtual Desktop, and IMSS Mailbox. * Determination of risk premium. * Respond to IMSS and INFONAVIT requests. * Preparation of information for IMSS certification. * Support during internal and external audits. * Control and preparation of Fonacot statements ready for payment scheduling. * Procedures before IMSS (opening employer accounts, certificate renewals, address changes). **3. Accounting Control and Reconciliation** * Generate and record accounting entries related to payroll. * Reconcile stamped receipts vs. payroll and accounting records. * Record checks and bank transfers in the accounting system. * Review discrepancies or adjustments between payroll, banks, and accounting. * Prepare payroll accruals for monthly and annual closing. **4. Personnel Administration and Information** * Maintain updated employee database (hires, terminations, salary changes). * Manage digital files and required documentation in the Payroll folder. * Record hires, terminations, and follow-ups in the GMM policy. * Review weekly travel expense reimbursements. * Ensure confidentiality of employee information. * Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments to vendors exclusive to the Payroll Department, as well as record such payments in the accounting system. **6. Employee Support** * Resolve inquiries regarding pay slips and/or withholdings. * Provide assistance with procedures for INFONAVIT and FONACOT loan applications. Proficient in Excel, functions, formulas, pivot tables. Proactive Ability to work under pressure.
