Personnel Administration and Information** * Maintain updated employee database (hires, terminations, salary changes). * Manage digital files and required documentation in the Payroll folder. * Record hires, terminations, and follow-ups in the GMM policy. * Review weekly travel expense reimbursements. * Ensure confidentiality of employee information. * Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments to vendors exclusive to the Payroll Department, as well as record such payments in the accounting system. **6. Employee Support** * Resolve inquiries regarding pay slips and/or withholdings. * Provide assistance with procedures for INFONAVIT and FONACOT loan applications.
