Construction Company is hiring: **Mechanical Cost and Budget Analyst.** •Completed degree: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field. •1 year of experience. **Technical skills:** •Ability to interpret specifications and drawings for plumbing and process scope; •Desirable experience in fire protection systems as well. •Knowledge and interpretation of local and national codes for plumbing and process systems. •Labor cost analysis. •Proficiency in Neodata, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Revit. **Main responsibilities:** •Interpretation and quantification of plumbing and process system drawings. •Preparation of budgets using Neodata. •Labor cost analysis.
