López Mateos \# 1088 Nte., Chihuahua Chihuahua, Mexico * ### **CAREER AREA** GFP\_MEX * ### **JOB TYPE** Full time * **JOB ID** ---------- \#R65412 * Coordinate with the Security department the daily opening of the vault according to required services. * Maintain strict control over compliance with procedures for depositing and withdrawing valuables from the vault, ensuring dual control processes are followed for each event. * Responsible for handling vault keys and codes. * Safeguard shipments inside the Vault. * Keep monetary materials stored in the vault balanced and separated by client to prevent discrepancies and errors. * Coordinate with the Process Supervisor the processing of monetary materials according to client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of contracted services. * Reconcile monetary materials with supporting documentation received from the Process Supervisor upon completion of operations. * Prepare and sign the Vault Report (Banknote Count Sheet, Vault Reconciliation Detail, and Daily Movement Sheet) at the end of each shift. * At the end of each shift, report vault balances by bank, currency unit, denomination, and condition. Immediately report any anomalies to the immediate supervisor. * Control and record in the visitor logbook all persons entering the work area. * Activate security alarms under their responsibility or request activation from the respective department. * Report any abnormal situations (alarm system failures, lighting issues, security equipment or door malfunctions, etc.) occurring during the shift. * Record any faults detected during processing and forward them, along with all supporting documentation, to the Internal Operations Manager. * Properly use assigned operational materials and equipment (bags, straps, counting machines, and others), as well as maintain order and cleanliness in the work area (5S policy). * Perform physical and system-based transfer, when necessary, of all valuables located in Treasury to the Vault or processing area, ensuring daily reconciliation. * Send the daily reconciliation report to the Internal Operations Manager on a daily basis. * Strictly comply with assigned vault scheduling and reconciliation procedures. * Attend client visits for physical inventory audits, providing all supporting documentation for balances and transactions conducted during the day. * Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all company operations. * May replace any processing supervisor in case of emergency or necessity. * Verify receipt of documents for billing posting related to transportation, ensuring all documents are registered in the system for invoicing. * Perform daily reconciliation of valuables present in the vault. * Conduct handover of responsibilities during shift changes.
